However, the ads are Self-serve. There is no support available for them. Please post your ad carefully.

Q: CAN ANYONE POST AN AD?

Almost Anyone. We respectfully request that if you are a business that you consider buying some ads from us. They are inexpensive, very effective and they go a LONG way in keeping the site operating.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING?

No. But by using our classified system, you agree to our Terms Of Use.

WILL SNOWTECH START SENDING ME THINGS AFTER I USED THE CLASSIFIEDS?

No. Your information will only be used for the classifieds. We will not contact you for any reason.

HEY! MY AD GOT DELETED - WHY?

We reserve the right to delete any ad, at anytime, and for any reason. However, here are the primary reasons for an ad getting deleted:

• Slandering an organization or individual
• Inappropriate language
• Lewd or distasteful photos
• Non-snowmobile related item

Q: HOW DO I POST AN AD?

Simply click on the "Post An Ad" link at the top of the classifieds. You are required to fill in every field that has an asteriks by it.

Q: HOW DO I DELETE MY AD?

Find your ad. You should see an orange bar above it that says "This is your ad, you may Edit or Delete it.". Simple hit the delete link and your ad will be gone. NOTE: You must be on the same computer that you created the ad on, and you must not have deleted your computers cookies. If you deleted your cookies, you do NOT have a way to delete your ad. DON'T PANIC! With the sheer amount of ads we have on the classifieds, it will self-delete within a few days.

Q: WHAT IF I REALLY, REALLY NEED TO DELETE MY AD NOW?

If you do not see the option to delete your ad, post another ad stating the item is sold or no longer available.

Q: I SMELL A SCAM ON THE CLASSIFIEDS, WHAT DO I DO?

Simple rule of thumb: If it seems suspicious or fishy, assume it is and walk away. Simply do not respond.

Q: HOW DO I CONTACT SNOWTECH FOR HELP WITH MY AD?

Due to the sheer volume of ads, we respectfully request that you follow the above steps before attempting to contact us.

Q: I SEEM TO BE GETTING A LOT OF SPAM IN MY EMAIL SINCE POSTING ON THE CLASSIFIEDS

We take every reasonable precaution to prevent both spammers from using the classifieds and from spammers "scraping" the classifieds for email addresses. While not impossible, it is highly unlikely they got your email address from this site. TIP: If your email address is ed@edsplace.com, enter your email as edXXX@edsplace.com. In the body of your ad, ad the line: "Please remove the XXX from my email address". If a spammer somehow gets your email address as edXXX@esplace.com, it won't do them any good!
