2020 Polaris – Standard Battery Charging Connector

If one were to think of what kind of feature a manufacturer could add to their sleds that most every single buyer would both use and appreciate, one would be the addition of connector for a battery charger. Seriously, think about it. Every single one of use has to connect a battery charger to keep a sled’s battery fully charged. Wouldn’t life be so much easier if the sled came from the factory with a connector already attached? Instead of hooking up your charger to the battery each time, or instead of having to purchase and install a connector yourself, just plug your charger into the sled’s connector and then plug the charger into a wall socket, done deal.

Polaris has added this feature to their 2020 line-up. Sleds with a battery will come, from the factory, with the battery connector already installed. It is the industry standard SAE style connector, quite universal and offering the greatest compatibility. This is the style of connector used by many popular smart chargers, including the Battery Tender and Battery MINDer series of chargers.
