1976 Fall Race & Rally

$20.00

Race & Rally Fall 1976 issue included a July 4th test ride of the Scorpion Bull Whip with the Scorpion factory race team, also cool racing coverage, from Larry Coltom on his Arctic Cat sleds to extensive photo coverage on the Sno Pro race teams (Polaris, Sno Jet, Ski-Doo, Skiroule, Scorpion, Yamaha, Mercury, Manta, Kalamazoo and Arctic Cat) to the big go-karts being built by Marley Duclo of Brut fame, or how Ed Schubitzke won at Eagle River. It’s all good. Also in this issue is Brian Nelson and Hubert Fixsen of John Deere.

Description

Have you ever been snowmobiling on the Fourth of July? We have! Back in 1976 we met up with the Scorpion factory team to test ride the new Scorpion Bull Whip cross country race sled. Where does one find snow on July 4th to ride a snowmobile? Just outside of Cooke City, Montana in the Beartooth Mountains, of course! Kevin Beilke and Larry Preston were both there that day, along with Race & Rally Publisher and Photographer Jim Beilke. Read all about it in the Fall 1976 issue of Race & Rally Magazine (limited number of copies are still available).

Perhaps of more interest in this issue would be all of the cool racing coverage, from Larry Coltom on his Arctic Cat sleds to extensive photo coverage on the Sno Pro race teams (Polaris, Sno Jet, Ski-Doo, Skiroule, Scorpion, Yamaha, Mercury, Manta, Kalamazoo and Arctic Cat) to the big go-karts being built by Marley Duclo of Brut fame, or how Ed Schubitzke won at Eagle River. It’s all good. Also in this issue is Brian Nelson and Hubert Fixsen of John Deere.
