Now in its fourth year, the “Reunion” has expended its name to better identify itself and qualify its heritage. It is now “The World Championship Vintage Snowmobile Show and Reunion”, scheduled for September 17 & 18 in Eagle River Wisconsin.
Nothing in snowmobiling has grown as vigorously as the collecting and restoration of “old iron”. A natural place to show off the splendid classics is in Eagle River, Wisconsin, the home of the coveted World Championship held each year at the Eagle River Derby Track.
The show will begin at noon on Friday, September 17, and go into the evening with vintage drag racing taking place under the Derby’s stadium lights.

Saturday will be a full day of vintage drag racing, swapping, sled showing and story telling about “the one I should have kept”. An awards party for racing and show classes will follow the Saturday program in the Last Lap Saloon.

Judged display classes not only include sled categories, but also awards for displays of memorabilia, cutter sleds, and mini snowmobiles. The featured sled this year is Sno-Jet, and they will also be a “Best of Show” with voting by the spectators.
