The Ski-Doo GSX models are “performance trail sleds with refined suspensions and luxury featuresâ€. The GSX is a performance sled at its very core, from its race-proven REV platform and SC-4 rear suspension to its state-of-the-art cleaner engines. It’s the sled of choice for putting on hundreds of spirited miles. Its slot car-like handling comes from the REV platform, lowered front R.A.S. suspension with HPG shocks, Pilot 5.7 dual-runner skis and race-proven SC-4 rear skid.
The GSX Limited has a choice of two premium engines, each with class-leading power, crisp, linear acceleration, incredible fuel economy and U.S. EPA certification; the Rotax 2-TEC 800 H.O. delivers 16.7 mpg, with the 2-TEC 600 H.O. SDI rated at 18.3 mpg. Both engines give the GSX the lightweight handling of a two-stroke with the fuel economy and emissions as good as, or better than, a four-stroke.
Luxury features include a trail-riding calibration, mirrors, push-button electric start and reverse, electric gauges, 12V outlet, tall windshield and an integrated tunnel cargo bag. The 2007 Ski-Doo GSX Limited 800 H.O. sells for $9,999, and the 600 H.O. goes for $9,349.
