SuperTrac Tie-Down Solution
We’ve been using the Superclamp tie downs for years and years to quickly clamp our sleds down on the trailer bed, so we are familiar with the innovative products from this company. That’s why we got excited when we saw their latest creation called the SuperTrac. Offered in various lengths, this is a track-style tie down system that can be mounted almost anywhere you need an adjustable deck hook. It is a fully-adjustable and lockable tie down anchor system for use just about anywhere.
Might be on the trailer bed, might be on a vertical wall, might be in a pick-up truck or van, might be to tie down a motorcycle or ATV, might be to tie town the rear of a sled, the options are many. It can be installed anywhere you need to add an anchor point to tie you’re your cargo. With a SuperTrac rail mounted, you can install a deck hook anywhere along the rail for exactly the right position. The deck hooks lock into position and can be quickly moved at any time, making this super versatile.
We like to use our flatbed snowmobile trailers to haul motorcycles and side by sides, and having this kind of tie down option makes life way easier with the ease and security it provides, with adjustability. That is the key benefit, the adjustability.
The SuperTrac Multi-Purpose Tie Down Anchor System comes in kits of several lengths – a one-foot kit ($38.95), a two-foot kit ($47.95) and a four-foot kit ($69.95), all with mounting hardware and end caps for a clean installation. Each kit contains one deck hook, with extras available for $18.95 each. It’s all made in Canada, none of that cheap off-shore crap here.
There are some great videos posted and photos of all the different ways people are using them, it will make you wonder where this product has been. Check it out at www.supertrac.ca or www.superclamp.net, from the makers of the Superclamp tie downs. It will also be available directly through any Ski-Doo dealer, just like the Superclamp and Superglide products are right now, making it even easier to get them.
