Thunder Products Clutching is now offering clutch rebuilding and balancing services. This also includes the full installation of complete clutch kits along with complete cleaning, rebuilding and balancing services for a total clutching solution.

Clutches will be tore down/completely disassembled, cleaned using a glass bead blaster and/or parts cleaner to remove the black residue from dirt and belt debris so they can fully inspect and measure the critical areas before installing new components.

Thunder Products Clutching experts can rebuild your clutches, front and rear (new bushings, slider pucks, rollers and pins) whatever the clutch needs. Certain parts of the clutch can be replaced such as sheaves or cover, but on certain models some parts are no longer available from the manufacturer. If the clutch is too far gone, they do have many new clutches on hand or they can be ordered as well.

Thunder Products Clutching is now offering clutch balancing service with their new balancing unit. Clutches are balanced to more exacting tolerances for the smoothest performance and longest service life. While brand new clutches will not require cleaning before balancing, clutches that are dirty or are in need of parts will need extra time to clean and service which will cost slightly more.
